A tender and honest documentary portrait capturing the daily routine of Francisco Zamudio, a 75 y/o senior from Chiapas, Mexico.  whose astonishing and extreme physical discipline hides a deep spiritual journey. Amid shared laughter with his wife Isabel, the strength of his high-impact training routine, and the echo of memories in the intimacy of his home, Francisco opens his heart to speak about grief, his father's painful absence, and resilience. A short film about active aging, family bonds, and the beautiful poetry of being grateful for one more day of life.
